    • PUDO Lockers: These smart, secure lockers are located across South Africa — with over 1200 locations. You can pick up your parcel at your convenience, anytime 24/7. Perfect if you want flexible collection times and privacy.
    • Door-to-Door Courier: Prefer delivery straight to your doorstep? CourierGuy delivers within 3 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Packaging & Shipping Costs

Every order is carefully packed using materials chosen to protect your items during transit — from padded envelopes for smaller pieces to sturdy boxes for larger orders. The shipping rate you see at checkout covers both professional packaging and courier delivery, so there are no hidden fees or surprises. We keep packaging costs to a minimum by using only what's needed to get your order to you safely.

What Is PUDO?

PUDO (Pick Up Drop Off) lockers offer a secure, contactless delivery and collection solution. After your order arrives at a nearby locker, you'll get an SMS or email with a unique PIN or QR code. Enter the code at the locker to retrieve your parcel — no queues, no waiting at home, total control when you collect your goodies!

Tracking Your Parcel

Track your delivery using the tracking info CourierGuy provides. For PUDO lockers, you'll be notified when your parcel is ready for pickup. Just visit your selected locker, enter the access code, and collect your parcel at your convenience.
